SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All Jukes Street pieces are shipped domestic express via Australia Post unless otherwise specified. Domestic & international orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. All customers will receive confirmation of shipment via email. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Jukes Street has no control over Australia Post shipping times once the item has left our H/O. Delays may occur around holiday times, please refer to your tracking information for details. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time.
We offer free express domestic shipping on all Australian orders.
Please be advised that any import duties and taxes charged when the parcel reaches the destination country must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

We currently accept PayPal and Credit Card payment via Secure Pay on the website.
Jukes Street makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a full refund for the out of stock item and a discount for your next purchases.
We use protective packaging and reputable shipping companies, so damage during transit is rare. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and details within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package and we will be sure to rectify the issue for you ASAP.
YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM
If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please email email@example.com with any concerns and we will send you further information on how to proceed. Jukes Street will cover all fees incurred in the process of exchange where receipts can be shown with exact costs (e.g. shipping costs returning incorrect item back to Jukes Street). We will endeavour to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.
When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to Jukes Street in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods. Please feel free to email us if and if we havent shipped your item we will gladly change the shipping address.
ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE
Australia Post online tools can be used to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track parcels. Jukes Street is not responsible for fault of delivery by Australia Post. Please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to fix the problem for you.
The laws of Western Australia, Australia govern these purchase and shipping terms.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Jukes Street may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
We want you to be happy with your order, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact as soon as possible and we will be in touch with how to proceed. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival, however used merchandised cannot be returned unless defective.
All items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date and, must be returned in an unused condition and the cost of returning any goods to us is borne by you.
After 7 days all sales are final. If your returned items are shipped back to Jukes Street beyond the qualifying return window.
We will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is deemed to be faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will process your return or exchange as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and to appear on your credit card statement. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
In order to return, the merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging, include all original packaging and documentation, and be packed and shipped in such a way as to adequately protect the delicate and fragile contents inside. We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or that show apparent signs of use or abuse. Goods that are returned without their original packaging will not be accepted unless prior agreement has been made through communicating with Jukes Street at email@example.com
Please note if you have changed your mind after purchasing earrings for hygienic reasons we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all SALE items and items purchased using a promotional code are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.
Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.
We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with Jukes Street conditions stated above.
Pre-Order: While we encourage you to secure our often-limited products, we also ask that you commit and are certain of your pre-order. We do not take cancellations on pre-orders that are placed.
HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN
Please remember a return will only be approved if requested within 7 days of an order's arrival.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your first and last name and order number.
Once reviewed we will email you to send us your return using a trackable courier of your choice.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is faulty). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty, in which case, Jukes Street will refund the shipping cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Products are only eligible for return and refund; they may not be exchanged or returned for store credit/gift cards. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
All orders shipped from Jukes Street are thoroughly inspected for any faults before dispatch. If you find any damages or faults to a product shipped to you, please report all faults within 24 hours of receiving them. Email email@example.com with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.
Jukes Street does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Jukes Street reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the product, due to low probability of fault after close inspection in the warehouse.
Please be aware that the products on our website are gold platec sterling silver, which is stated in all of our product descriptions. Jukes Street cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions caused by the jewellery or gold plating wearing off. Jukes Street does not recommend the jewellery be worn everyday as the gold plating will wear off over time and require replating.
If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or refund.
